Base cloth preliminary finishing,
heat setting flow line
This
flow line includes gassing, boiling-out,
desizing, half-bleaching, bleaching,
dyeing, sizing. Its main function
is to improve base cloth's handle,
elasticity, drape, permeability, water
shrinkage and to control dimensional
stability and width.

Powder-dot coating production line

This equipment is suitable for all woven
base cloth. The powder-dot's arrangement
is even (regular dots, random dots, computer
dots). It also has soft handle and is
mostly used for the coating of high or
medium grade linings.
